TECON was established in Suzhou, China, focusing on the design, supply, and after-sales service of various formwork and scaffolding solutions. With the attitude and concept “Pioneering and Persevering” and “Technology in Construction”, reflect its commitment to providing.
“Better formwork, Better service” for global construction builders, aiming to create a “Better life.” With the batch of like-minded partners joining the company, the company began to gradually develop, achieving annual sales growth from zero to one million US dollars.
In 2016, TECON’s innovative multifunctional rail-guided climbing formwork, developed in-house, secured a significant contract for the Taiwan China Steel Coal Warehouse project, with a contract value exceeding $3 million. This solution facilitated the completion of the project within a short construction period despite facing challenges such as stringent safety requirements and strong winds at the seaside.
The subsequent year showcased TECON’s continued excellence as it once again distinguished itself among leading international formwork brands. With its professional technical solutions, superior product quality, and competitive pricing, TECON secured consecutive bids for prestigious building projects such as Quess Peak in Singapore and ONE Colombo in Sri Lanka.
With a vision on future development, TECON improved internal organization and gradually expanded its team. Newly recruited talents enthusiastically ventured into multi overseas markets to participate in exhibitions and visits.
In 2019 alone, TECON participated in six overseas exhibitions, including the prestigious “Bauma Exhibition” in Munich. During these events, TECON provided technical consultations, material supply, and after-sales guidance services to hundreds of construction contractors and distributors.
Faced with the sudden global pandemic, which resulted in travel restrictions, and the massive suspension of overseas projects, operational direction was adjusted promptly by TECON management team. TECON responded to the needs of our overseas clients through various means such as telephone calls, video conferences, and online live streams. Additionally, TECON established offices in the Philippines and Malaysia to better serve our customers abroad.
In 2020, TECON’s R&D team successfully launched two modular panel formwork systems, ALUFLEX slab formwork and HETO wall formwork, after more than a year of development based on European standards. These systems underwent rigorous testing in third-party laboratories and factory casting experiments before successfully entering the market.
In 2021, the company faced a downturn in performance, marking a low point after several years of pandemic challenges.
In 2022, after nearly three years of preparation and perseverance, our elites seized the opportunity presented by the reopening of the pandemic in China. They embarked on a journey to Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and other regions for long-awaited client visits and market research.
With the steady growth of TECON’s international business, the company has expanded to over 100 employees, with products supplied to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide.
In 2023, TECON successfully won the bid for the Hungary–Serbia Railway Project under the Belt and Road Initiative and established a Balkan subsidiary, marking a key step in its European market expansion. During the same year, TECON’s teams conducted on-site visits and provided after-sales technical support in nearly 30 countries across five continents, driving a significant business breakthrough.
In 2024, TECON made its first appearance at bauma China with the largest formwork exhibition booth, achieving strong market response and brand exposure. In the same year, TECON obtained International Welding Certification, further strengthening its manufacturing quality and international compliance.
In 2025, TECON continued its global expansion through overseas client visits and participation in international exhibitions. During the year, TECON successfully won the Tunisia Cross-Sea Bridge “Happiness Bridge” Project, further strengthening its presence in large-scale infrastructure construction.
In the same year, TECON held a new product launch event in the Philippines, introducing the upgraded HETO and Alu-Flex systems, as well as the new APEX DEK aluminum beam formwork system. The launch received strong positive market feedback, and all three products successfully completed full-scale casting tests and were officially put into market application.
